This policy describes how Twofold Family LLC (“we”, “us”) handles information in our apps that run only on your phone. Those apps do not create an account with us and do not sync to a Twofold Family server. Install one, switch the device to Airplane Mode, and keep using it.

These apps are tools for adults. They are not directed at children. Do not use them if you are under 13, or under 16 where that is the digital-consent age. Health-related apps are logs, not medical devices. Prism Flow and Wick and Blot store progress on the device.
What stays on the phone
What you enter is stored in a local database on that device. That can include names, dates, notes, measurements, photos you attach, lists, display preferences, and puzzle progress. The exact fields depend on the app.
We do not collect:
- An email, phone number, or login
- Precise location, contacts, or advertising identifiers
- Analytics, crash, or marketing SDKs
What can leave the phone
- A file you export. Some apps let you save or share a backup, a handoff file, or a PDF. That file is yours. Sharing uses the system sheet you pick. We never receive it unless you email it to support yourself.
- Store purchase. Apple or Google process a one-time purchase. We do not receive what you typed with that purchase.
- Support email. If you write support@twofoldfamily.com, we see what you send.
- This website and store pages. Opening twofoldfamily.com or a store listing uses that host’s connection. The app does not send your data with that tap.
We do not sell personal information. We do not use what you type to train models or to advertise.
Permissions
An app asks for a permission only when you use that feature. Camera or photos are for an optional picture on a note. A notification is a local reminder you scheduled. Speech recognition, when offered, is requested on-device only and does not fall back to a network service.
No microphone, contacts, or location permission is required to use the app.
This website
The pages on twofoldfamily.com are static HTML. They do not set cookies of our own, do not run analytics, and do not load advertising scripts. Prism Flow and Wick and Blot embed a short YouTube video through youtube-nocookie.com. Loading that player is YouTube’s connection.
Deletion
Use the in-app erase or reset control, if the app has one, to remove what you entered from that phone. Uninstalling the app removes the local database. We have no cloud copy to delete.
Children
These apps are for parents and caregivers. If you store a child’s name, dates, or health-related notes, that data stays on the device you chose. We do not create a profile of the child. Prism Flow is a puzzle. Wick and Blot is a game. Progress stays on the device.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update the date on this page. Store listings for the apps above will keep pointing here.
